I am sorry and I sincerely apologize for replying you late as, after i am back from Hanoi, I have been tied down with works and rushing deadline for clients in view of the coming year end festive seasons and new year 2012.

We are very satisfied with all your services and hospitality rendered to us during our stay in Hanoi and Halong Bay. Most importantly i would like to extend our utmost sincere thank you to our tour guide Hoang as he has treated us very well and gave us very detailed explanations and introduction to us during our trip. He has done a very good job and he can speak very good english!! He planned our tour itinerary very well to suit our needs and desire. He has been very democratic and very understanding in giving us options to choose those tourist spots that we would like to visit. We are very satisfied with his professional services as a tour guide and we are very grateful to have him as our tour guide. I will definitely look for him as my tour guide again when I happen to be in Hanoi again.
