We have total five boats in Ha Long bay:

• Three comfortable traditional TUAN SAILING boat in Ha Long bay.
• One CAT BA SAILING boat.
• One PARFUMDAUTOMNE boat.

-All of the boats have real Viet Nam traditional sails that can drive the boat by sail without the generator. 
- Batteries for fans and lightening systems (no noise from generator when sleeping)
- Anchor at our own places for overnight, no other boats around
- We stay away from the crowded places.
- We start Ha Long tours from Cat Ba island, not like other regular tours (from Ha Long city).
- Solar panels will be applied on boats in April 2010

On the Halong bay with the two thousand small islands, one of the last junk with sails still accommodates on its board some in love with the history and nature.
Its hull punt and its small size enable you to discover places where the boats of tourism do not have access, to accost on deserted beaches and to explore unknown caves. The crew of the boat will cook you local dishes with fresh products bought in the floating villages of bay. A means of discovering the life of these thousands of people who grow and live on water.
The traditional side of the boat doesn’t preclude high quality. The meals are especially meticulous and appreciate. It’s a time of conviviality between the passengers and the crew. The cabin is a wardroom and the crew converts the seats into a large berth where it’s possible for 4 or 5 people to sleep.
If the weather is good, you can also sleep out in the open, on the deck or the roof. Mattress, sleeping bags, blankets are at your disposal.
You have the toilet inside and the crew put up a shower on the deck. The boat is always private.

Day 1:

06h30am depart by private car from Hanoi to Haiphong and speed boat to CatBa.

11.30am Arrive at Catba Island.

Have lunch before transferring to Ben Beo pier. Briefing then head out to our neighbourhood floating village, witness everyday life of local fishermen, visit dark cave (tidal permission).

Camping on basecamp.

Day 2: 8.30am after breakfast, paddle to VietHai village, your choice of wandering around or take a 2hrs hike up to view point to observe the panorama of Halong bay.

Lunch then more paddling visit beach temples, floating farm, lagoon ...

Dinner and camping on basecamp.

Day 3: 8.30am after breakfast: Options of half-day skippered catamaran sailing back to Ben Beo with local captain..

Transfer back to Ben Beo by bamboo boat, half-day self-guided mountain biking around the island.

Lunch at Ancient garden house before catching 3.15pm bus back to Hanoi, arrive around 7.30pm.

Visit vong vieng floating fishing village where you will get on the sampan rowed by a local girl to explore fish farms,local floating houses,floating school and chat with friendly fisherman.
