HALONG CRUISES – BOOKING & CONDITIONS

Please kindly read these booking & conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Halong Cruises. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

1. RATE: Tour prices are valid till December 2012 is net price and quoted in American dollar per person

2. PAYMENT: Payment to Halong Cruises could be made by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card.

3. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION: to confirm your booking, please pay us a deposit of 20 – 30% total booking time. The balance will be paid by cash upon arrival.

- Deposit can be settled via our secured online payment system SSL (Deposit),

- Cancellation will be charged as follow:

+ More than 15 days prior check in date. No charge.

+ 7-14 days before check in date: 50% on total value of the trip charged.

+ Within 1-6 days before check in date: 100% on total charged.

+ No-Show: 100% on total charge.

Cancellation have to be sent and received by cruise specialist of Halong Cruises in writing (By email or fax)

4. FINAL PAYMENT

For your convenience, the balance shall be settled in Hanoi by either Cash or Credit Card.

5. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICE

No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Halong Cruises is committed to supporting the highest standards for the Fair Handling of Personal Information. We recognize that some visitors to our web site may have concerns about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information.

This Privacy Policy has been developed to demonstrate to our valued clients that we collect only the information necessary for our interaction with them and to fulfill their instructions to us. We are committed to the highest ethical standards in the collection, security and use of the personal information provided to us.

7. VOUCHER

Voucher will be issued after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.

8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Halong Cruises is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.

9. CONFIRMATION

Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we get the deposit from you, we will send you the Bill and Vouchers after we finalize the payment.
