Founded in 2009, Halong Cruises is a fully licensed Vietnamese travel agency situated in Halong City. From our founder’s humble beginnings spent working for over 10 years in the hotel and cruise industry including on several of the boats in Halong Bay, he recognised a need for a travel agent to act as a partner to its customers to help them select from the overwhelming number of options available.

From these roots, Halong Cruises now deals with over 100 vessels across Ha Long Bay and the Mekong River with offices across two cities. Our head office continues to be situated in Halong City meaning our knowledge of the area and especially the cruise vessels is unparalled. We are also a preferred partner of many cruise operators in the region and can offer you superior pricing in addition to our expertise and local knowledge. Whilst we have traditionally focused on cruises, we can now offer you tours of onshore destinations and countries outside of Vietnam allowing you to sample the best Southeast Asia has to offer.
